  • How does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect enables you to place an order online and pick it up at the designated store. To utilize this service, begin by selecting your desired product, size, and availability. If the product is in stock, proceed to add it to your Cart and complete the purchase. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via call or SMS.

  • Is there a minimum spend for Click & Collect?

No, there is no minimum spend or order quantity required for Click & Collect.

  • When can I pick up my Click & Collect order?

You can collect your order in-store any day of the week, during our regular trading hours. Please ensure you have received a notification from us indicating that your order is ready for pickup before visiting the store.

  • Will I be able to get fitted, exchange, or request customer service-related issues when I pick up my Click & Collect order?

If you wish for the shoes to be tried on, perform an exchange, or request services from our staff team, you will need to make a booking in advance by contacting our customer service contact number.

  • What identification do I need to provide when picking up my Click & Collect order?

You will need to present your Click & Collect order confirmation, invoice, and notification indicating that your order is ready for collection. Failure to provide these documents may result in us being unable to release the order to you.

  • Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order on my behalf?

Yes, another individual can collect your order, provided they present a copy of your Click & Collect order confirmation along with a screenshot of the invoice.

  • I accidentally ordered the wrong item through Click & Collect; how can I rectify this?

If you realize your mistake before your order is fulfilled, please contact us at info@uggsrus.com.au promptly. However, if your order has already been processed, visit the store and our team will assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

  • What if I need to return my Click & Collect order?

As per our store policy, refunds are not offered, but exchanges are permitted within two weeks. Simply return your order to the store, and present your order confirmation email to the staff, and they will facilitate an exchange or issue a store credit, as appropriate.
